You'll find me married up, raising babies, and living slow in small town Kansas.

Doing my best to return to our roots and create a little more from scratch. I believe in living simply with less distractions to keep us from the things that truly matter. A little old fashioned can do a lot of good in these days.

This business has been a dream of mine since I was sixteen years old. I had a camera that I barely knew how to use, four unpublished facebook pages for pictures I didn't take, and blogs I didn't write. You know, the ones where they all ended in dot blogspot dot com?! If you don't know what I'm talking about, that makes me feel old so just move along and don't mention it. ;)

Well here we are now. MY OWN PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESS AND BLOG!

I pray that the Lord will use this space to encourage you to find the magic in mundane, and document your days. To know that there is joy to be found in every season. Raising a family and keeping a home are blessings meant to be celebrated and not burdens we have to bear.

But in reality, I don’t have the power to help one single person.

I can't make you happy.

I can’t give you peace.

I can’t fix what’s going on in this world.

I can’t send you to heaven,

but I will absolutely point you to the One who can.
